Adobe Acrobat Reader
The Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to read documents in .pdf format.
The Reader is available free of charge from the Adobe website.
Downloading the Reader
- Connect to the Adobe
website.
- To download, click the "Download Now" image link.
- a bar will appear at the top,
- Internet Explorer: Click the bar and select "Install ActiveX Control..."
- Firefox: In the bar, click "Allow"; in the box that appears click
"Install Now"
- Follow any installation instructions
- When complete, PDF Documents will open properly
Printing a .pdf document
- Open a required document in the Reader by clicking on the link.
- In Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the button with an image of a printer on it.
- Low-end printers cannot handle large Adobe Acrobat documents. Send the document
to the printer in sections to avoid printer memory overload.
Accessibility Help
Increasing Text Size
Internet Explorer
- Select "View" in the menu bar.
- Select "Text Size".
- Select "Larger" or "Largest".
Mozilla Firefox
- Select "View" in the menu bar.
- Select "Text Size".
- Select "Increase".
- To increase the text size further, continue selecting "Increase".
Opera
- Select "View" in the menu bar.
- Select "Zoom".
- From the menu, select the size with which you would like to view the Web site.
- To increase the text size further, increase the percentage.
Netscape
- Select "View" in the menu bar.
- Select "Text Size".
- From the menu, select the size with which you would like to view the Web site.

The Tool Bar

The Sidebar
The left sidebar is the key to navigating the content on this website. The hyperlinks on this bar will navigate to documents, or web-pages that organize multiple documents.
The Breadcrumb
Below the toolbar is a collection of links starting at 'Home' and showing the path of web-pages to the current location. This can be used to see where the current document resides and to return to an earlier location.
The breadcrumb in a document within reports might resemble:
